WaveFX filmed and edited a series of social media videos to showcase Air products graduate recruitment programme and to inspire others to enrol.

Air Products touches the lives of consumers around the globe every day. With over 16,000 employees and operations in more than 50 countries, they serve customers across a wide range of industries from food and beverage, health and personal care to energy, transportation and semiconductors.

Our small film crew of just two travelled to various locations around Brussels with 12 of the existing graduates to explore their experiences, thoughts and aspirations to help inspire future graduate recruits.

The initial brief was to create one short graduate recruitment promotional video for social media and a longer more in-depth video for the corporate website. Whilst filming it became apparent we’d be able to edit multiple extra standalone videos across arrange of related subjects as the calibre of the interviewees was so high.

For a film crew of just two across only two days we created some great content with a delighted client now using mutiple videos accross social media, exhibitions and presentations to fully support their graduate recruitment programme.
