Exceptions

Whilst WaveFX the filming and event streaming company complies with known accessibility and usability guidelines it is not always possible to do so to the letter of each checkpoint. In light of this, we are continually developing solutions that conform to the spirit of each checkpoint, bringing together a high standard of practicality throughout the website.

This Privacy Policy is intended to describe how your personal information is processed and used. Please note that by visiting and using www.wavefx.co,uk, you are accepting the practices described.

Visitor Information
Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name and an IP Address. When a visitor requests a web page from within the WaveFX website, our servers automatically identify and log the HTTP request that is made. This information reveals nothing personal about you, just your browser etc.

Cookies and log information
This website does issue ‘cookies’ (these are small files of information which websites use to identify its users), however, these do not contain personal information. WaveFX as a live streaming company does not share this data with third parties. You can disable cookies by altering the settings of your browser and the website will still function.

What other information does WaveFX request?
We may also request your email address or mailing address for the purposes of conducting a survey or to add you to our mailing list, or by your request to have someone contact you for additional information. Whenever we request the identity of a visitor, we will clearly indicate the purpose of the inquiry before the information is requested.

Anti-Spam Policy
We enforce a strict ‘Anti-Spam’ policy that means we do not intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party without your consent.

In addition, WaveFX will not send you email that you have not agreed to receive. If you are a member of our mailing list, you may be contacted with announcements, news, portfolio additions, and new products or services.

Third Parties
WaveFx will disclose your personal information or any of its log file information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such actions are necessary.

WaveFX uses all reasonable precautions to keep the information disclosed to us secure. Sustainability Action Plan

We will assess the environmental impacts of our operations and set objectives and targets in order to improve our environmental performance. We will regularly review these targets.~

Our aims:
• Promote responsibility for the environment within the organisation and communicate and
implement this policy at all levels within the workforce;
• Reduce the use of energy, water and other resources;
• Minimise waste by reduction, re-use and recycling methods;
• Comply with all relevant environmental legislation/regulation;
• Ensure that our policies and services are developed in a way that is complimentary to this policy;
• Identify and provide appropriate training, advice and information for staff and encourage them to
develop new ideas and initiatives;
• Provide appropriate resources to meet the commitments of this policy; and promote and encourage involvement in local environmental initiatives/schemes.

This action plan is available and recognised by all our crews and leadership team.

Cancellation Policy

WaveFX has made every effort to word these terms and conditions in plain English, if you do not understand any part of these terms, please call us for clarification.  Any booking whether confirmed verbally, electronically or in writing will be subject to event streaming company WaveFX’s cancellation policy.

WaveFX agreements are cancellable in whole or in part up to 120 days prior to the scheduled event date for a fee of 10% of the contract value. Notification of cancellation in whole or in part, must be sent in writing.

Cancellation within 90 but prior to 30 days of an event date will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee and in addition be subject to any and all production costs incurred at the time of receipt of the request to cancel.

Cancellation within 5 working days of event date will incur a 75% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 2 working days of event date will incur full quoted costs and 100%
